The Lianpeng Tea Pot brings a distinctly botanical expression to handmade tea ware. Crafted from raw ancient rock clay and left unglazed, its finely fluted body expands in vertical ribs inspired by the rounded silhouette of a lotus seed pod, creating a tactile surface that catches the light naturally.
The suspended dark clay handle adds a restrained contrast, with natural cord wrapped around its attachment points. A small leaf shaped lid knob completes the botanical character, while the handmade construction gives each piece subtle variations in form, texture and proportion.
With its 380 ml capacity, Lianpeng is designed for more intimate tea sessions and smaller serving rituals. Its combination of raw mineral clay and organic relief gives it a distinct identity within the handmade collection.

Lotus Seed Pod Inspiration
The finely ribbed body directly echoes the organic silhouette of a lotus seed pod. The repeated vertical relief catches light differently across the surface, giving the rounded form depth and movement.
Raw Ancient Rock Clay
Made from 老岩泥 and left unglazed, the tea pot preserves the natural mineral character and tactile texture of the clay rather than concealing it beneath a decorative finish.
Handmade in Dehua
Lianpeng is entirely handmade, with natural variations in size, shape, weight and clay thickness. Each piece therefore carries subtle differences created during its individual production.
Organic Handle Detail
The dark clay suspended handle remains visually restrained, while natural cord wraps around the two attachment points to create a simple handcrafted contrast.
