Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

These Terms of Service apply to your use of chadao.co.uk and to any order you place with Chadao.

Please read these terms carefully before using our website or placing an order. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Who We Are

Chadao is operated by SEOLO ONE LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, United States.

Website: chadao.co.uk
Email: hello@chadao.co.uk

In these terms, “Chadao”, “we”, “us”, or “our” means SEOLO ONE LLC trading through chadao.co.uk.

2. Who These Terms Apply To

These terms apply to customers who buy products from us for personal use and not for resale or business purposes.

If you are buying on behalf of a business, please contact us before placing your order.

3. Our Products

We sell tea and related products through our website.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, ingredients, weights, dimensions, colours, pricing, and availability accurately. However, product images are for illustrative purposes and packaging may vary slightly.

You are responsible for checking that a product is suitable for you before ordering, including any ingredient, allergy, caffeine, storage, or preparation information shown on the product page.

Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights if a product is faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality.

4. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and offer a replacement, delay, or refund. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will refund any amount you have paid for the unavailable product.

5. Prices and Delivery Charges

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£).

We take reasonable care to ensure prices are accurate. If we discover an obvious pricing error before accepting your order, we may reject the order and refund any payment made.

Delivery charges and any applicable taxes or fees will be shown before you place your order.

We do not add hidden mandatory charges after checkout.

6. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the products in your basket.

After you place an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not mean that your order has been accepted.

Your order is accepted when we dispatch the products or otherwise confirm acceptance. At that point, a contract is formed between you and us.

Before placing your order, you will have the opportunity to review and correct your order details.

7. Payment

Payment is taken through the payment methods available at checkout.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe, Shopify Payments, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other providers shown at checkout.

You must provide accurate payment and billing information. We may cancel an order if payment is not authorised or if we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.

We do not store full payment card details.

8. Delivery

We will deliver to the address provided at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are shown on our website or at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only, unless we expressly agree a guaranteed delivery date.

If delivery is delayed, we will contact you where reasonably possible. If we cannot deliver within a reasonable time, you may have the right to cancel your order and receive a refund.

Risk in the products passes to you when the products are delivered to you or to a person identified by you to receive them.

Ownership of the products passes to you once we have received full payment.

9. Incorrect Delivery Information

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

If an order is delayed, lost, or returned because you provided incorrect or incomplete delivery details, we may ask you to pay reasonable re-delivery costs, unless the issue was caused by us.

10. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Our returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.

We accept eligible returns within 90 days of delivery.

If you are a UK consumer, you also have a legal right to cancel most online orders within 14 days after delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

For tea and other consumable products, returns are accepted only if the product is unopened and sealed, unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

11. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If a product is faulty, damaged on arrival, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us at hello@chadao.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number and details of the issue.

Where required by law, we will provide a replacement, repair, refund, or price reduction.

For faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not-as-described products, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

12. Allergies, Storage, and Product Use

You must read all product information, labels, ingredients, warnings, and storage instructions before using a product.

If you have allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or are unsure whether a product is suitable for you, you should seek appropriate professional advice before use.

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

You must store and use products in accordance with the instructions provided.

13. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, discount codes, gifts, and special offers are subject to any terms stated with the offer.

Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied retrospectively to previous orders.

We may withdraw or amend promotions where reasonably necessary, including in cases of error, fraud, misuse, or stock limitations.

14. Reviews and User Content

If you submit a review, comment, photo, or other content to our website or social media channels, you confirm that the content is accurate, lawful, and your own original content or that you have permission to share it.

You must not submit content that is abusive, misleading, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, infringing, or unlawful.

We may moderate, remove, or decline to publish user content where we reasonably consider it inappropriate, unlawful, or misleading.

We will not publish fake reviews or knowingly present reviews in a misleading way.

15. Website Use

You may use our website for lawful personal shopping and browsing purposes only.

You must not:

  • use our website for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes;
  • interfere with the security or operation of the website;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems;
  • copy, scrape, reproduce, or exploit our website content for commercial purposes without permission;
  • submit false, misleading, or malicious information.

We may suspend or restrict access to our website where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

16. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, branding, logos, product names, graphics, designs, and layout, belongs to us or our licensors.

You may view and use the website for personal shopping purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

17. Privacy and Cookies

We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. Further information is provided in our Privacy Policy and cookie settings, where available.

18. Our Responsibility to You

We are responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.

We are not responsible for losses that are not foreseeable, or for business losses such as loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by negligence;
  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
  • breach of your legal rights in relation to the products;
  • any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

19. Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including postal delays, courier disruption, customs delays, strikes, supply chain disruption, extreme weather, technical outages, cyber incidents, or changes in law.

If an event outside our control affects your order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and take reasonable steps to reduce the impact.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time.

The terms that apply to your order are the terms in force at the time you place that order, unless a change is required by law or a competent authority.

21. Transfer of Rights

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these terms to another person without our written consent.

We may transfer our rights and obligations to another organisation, provided this does not reduce your rights under these terms.

22. If Part of These Terms Is Invalid

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply.

23. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer living in another part of the United Kingdom, you may also have the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply where you live.

If a dispute arises, please contact us first at hello@chadao.co.uk so we can try to resolve it.

You may bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live.
